CC Learning is again proud to host our fourth Project Management Conference in Wellington on 7 May 2012. This year's conference offers a host of exciting and varied presentations covering topics from strategy creation through to what you need to do to maximise your project management capabilities.
The theme for this year's conference - Connecting the Elements - is all about showing how methods and techniques can be combined, arming you with the best tools to complete your project successfully, not just on time and within budget but also to deliver benefits. The presentations will cover a variety of frameworks including ITIL®, MSP®, PRINCE2®, M_o_R®, P3O® and beyond.
In this era of complexity, Project Management often requires a number of principles and this year's conference focuses on highlighting how a variety of frameworks can be considered complementary and how to utilise elements from different frameworks to, in effect, create your own customised best practice methodology. The international and national keynote speakers will show you how to implement project management innovation.
